Technical Support Executive
What You’ll Be Doing
Knowledge & understanding of software and applications.
Understand Customer Requirements, Analyse, reproduce the issue and make the development team understand.
End-To-End Customer Communication (Project Specific).
What You Should Have
Graduate in Computers (Preferred, but not mandatory).
Excellent English communication verbal and written.
Willing to work in India night shift.
Extraordinary Analytical Skills should be able to understand customer complaints, analyze the exact issue & has to do a necessary follow-up with multiple parties, like customers, vendors & teams.
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications, like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Around 2 years of experience in handling international customers, preferably US customers.
Can join immediately.
Should be ready to work in NIGHT SHIFT (Day time for USA Central Time Zone) may have to work in day shift as required.
